The report, initiated by the Council for Investing in Female Entrepreneurs (of which AA Advisors is a member) draws heavily on best practice examples from leading venture, private equity, and institutional investors, as well as extensive research with under-represented founders themselves.

Best practice guidelines for addressing Diversity & Inclusion
The report is designed to give guidance and best practice examples for any investor or investment professional looking to improve diversity and inclusion as a route to attracting and retaining quality talent, accessing high-conviction investment opportunities and optimising portfolio management and returns.
